Alarmzy Privacy Policy

Alarmzy ("the app") is an alarm clock, timer and stopwatch app for Android, published by Alarmzy. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. In short: the app does not collect, store on any server, or share your personal data.

Information the app does not collect

Alarmzy does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers. The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software.

Information stored on your device

To work, the app saves the following only on your device:

• Your alarms, alarm groups, timer and stopwatch state
• Your settings, such as theme, accent colour, snooze length and ringtone
• If you choose one, a copy of the photo you set as your alarm screen background, and a reference to any sound file you pick as a ringtone

Photos and sounds are chosen with Android's system photo picker and file picker, so the app can only access the specific file you select. None of this data is sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes it.

Purchases

Alarmzy Pro is sold as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play. Payments are processed entirely by Google; we never receive your payment details. The app only checks with Google Play whether Pro has been purchased on your account. Google's handling of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app requests permissions only to work as an alarm clock: showing notifications and full-screen alarms, ringing at exact times, playing the alarm sound, vibrating, and re-setting alarms after your phone restarts. These permissions are not used to collect data.

Children

Alarmzy is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
